How does assembly work for Thinktanks™?

If you purchase installation, assembly will be scheduled either the same day as delivery or within 72 hours at a time that works best for you with our technicians. If you would prefer to assemble the booth with your own team, the pods can be put together with a hand tool that comes with your order. Since some parts can be heavy to lift, we always recommend two people for safety when building any unit. Some electric wiring is required so we recommend hiring contractors with electrical knowledge.

How soundproof are the pods?

The speech level reduction (DS,A) of Thinktanks™ booths are determined by ISO 23351-1, which measures the level of a booth's sound insulation. You will not be able to understand what people are saying inside the pod when you are standing outside, though you may hear muffled sound.

Are your rooms Eco-Friendly?

Thinktanks™ promotes corporate social and environmental responsibility throughout our operations and supply chain. Because our booths are made from aerospace-grade aluminum, they are more durable and extremely resistant to corrosion. All of our booths are made with recycled carbon plastic material.

What type of glass is used for your office conference rooms?

Do your office booths have a fan system?

Yes, every Thinktanks™ booth includes a low noise positive pressure turbine fresh air system and high efficiency ventilation. Fresh air is circulated through the booth every 2 minutes. The circulating air volume is measured as follows:

1 Person Booth (1 fan): 78m3/h

2 Person Booth (1 fan): 160m3/h

4 Person Pod (2 fans): 263m3/h

6 Person Pod (2 fans): 288m3/h

8-10 Person Pod (4 fans): 300m3/h

What type of power do Thinktanks™ require?

Can you disassemble the office conference room?

Do you offer any warranties?

Do you offer sprinklers for the pods?

The majority of our customers do not install sprinkler systems, but we offer custom laser cutting to spec for any sprinkler dimensions provided by our clients. We do not provide or install sprinklers for our booths. Code enforcement varies by location and some inspection bodies have stated that there is no need to install sprinklers in office booths because the products do not exceed the square meter area covered by a single sprinkler or contain any easily combustible materials and can be considered movable furniture rather than building structures that sprinkler requirements are typically set for. Fire inspection and safety documents are available upon request.
