How does assembly work for Thinktanks?

The units are assembled with a hand drill in approximately 30 minutes -1 hour. For safety, we always recommend two people for building any unit.

What is the average assembly time?

Assembly time is approximately 1-2 hours to build any of the conference booths.

How does shipping work for Thinktanks™?

All of our booths ship out from our eco-friendly factory right here in the United States. Every Thinktank™ arrives in a flat packed shipping box for your convenience.

What is the Thinktanks™ shipping lead time?

How does shipping cost work for Thinktanks?

We charge flat rates depending on customer location.

How do you insulate the walls of your rooms? 

All of our Thinktanks™ rooms are insulated with recycled blue jean denim (AKA R13) which has exceptional breathability and sound dampening properties.

Are your rooms Eco-Friendly? 

Yes, our rooms are Eco-Friendly. We source from local suppliers and continually research to find the most eco friendly materials available on the market.

What type of glass is used for your office conference rooms?

The clear roof is made of an highly impact resistant safety plexi glass that allows employees to see out, and it also lets light in. The door is also made from extremely durable tempered safety glass.

Do your office booths have a fan system?

Yes, the rooms have an advanced thermostat cooling system that will keep you relaxed during longer meetings.

What type of electrical requirements are needed to power the office conference room?

Your new Thinktanks™ rooms needs to be plugged into a regular 110V outlet.

What electrical outlets are available inside the room once powered? 

Once your new room is plugged in to an electrical outlet, you can start using multiple three prong outlets, and multiple fast charging USB ports are also standard.

Can you easily disassemble the office conference room?

Yes you can! They are designed to be assembled and disassembled very quickly.  

How long is the power cord for the Thinktanks™ unit?

The power cord that extends out of the back of the unit is 10 feet long.

Do you offer any Warranties?

Yes, we offer a Full 3 Year Warranty on all of our Thinktanks™ and stand behind our product's durability and structural integrity.

How strong is the sound privacy in the meeting rooms?

Very strong, our acoustical panels are the highest quality panels on the market today. Rest assured, your important calls or private phone calls will be clear and successful.  

Do you recommend these for open plans only?


Our privacy pods can work well in any office space.

Do the pods come with a ventilation system?

Yes, our privacy solutions come with thermostat controlled ventilation that passes through the acoustic walls.

Is there a flexible solution to moving the privacy booths around?

Yes, the booths can easily be moved with EZ slider pads that can be purchased on Amazon for a very low cost.  

Are these built of high-quality aluminum? 


Yes, our workstations use only the highest quality eco-friendly recycled aluminum available on the market today. All beams in the construction are made of solid aluminum.

Are these booths good to get away for some personal space?

Office environments can be hectic, one of the most common compliments we get about the booth is how amazing they are for people who struggle with distraction on open floor plans.

Are the booths equipped with office desks?

Our smaller units come with a desk mounted inside, but the larger units come with plenty of space to place a tall round coffee table (2 person) or small dining table (4 person) in the center of the room.

Are the booths good for video conferencing?

Yes. These acoustic phone booths, sometimes called phone boxes are great for video conferences in open plan offices. Open office plan settings can be very challenging in terms of finding a quiet place to talk so these are a great solution. And if you're working late you can always plug in a little LED light for late night calls.

Do the booths have any storage? 

The booths don't have any office storage components at this time.

Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal commercial use and conditions, for a period of one (3) years for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

 

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include: Any condition resulting from other than ordinary commercial wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage. Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse. Normal wear and tear. Damages incurred during transportation. Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance. Any used, previously displayed items. The Company makes no express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the company expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by the local law of jurisdictions outside the United States, the Company disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For all transactions occurring in the United States, any implied warranty of condition of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to the duration of the express warranty set forth above. Some states or countries do not allow a limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such sates or countries, some exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. For consumer transaction, the limited warranty terms contained in this statement, except to the extent lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify but are in addition to the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this Product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer to the retailer of this product, who in turn is to contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. We will not handle claims from the consumer directly. Please retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.

 

CLAIM PROCEDURES

Claims for defective merchandise must be made within THREE years from invoice date. Claims for missing parts must be made within 30 calendar days after the merchandise is received. Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging. We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field. Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice. If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

 

OTHER NOTES

These wood meeting pods are designed to be privacy solutions and workstations for work environments. They are best used in open office environments for private conversations, private phone calls, important calls, video conferences or general office privacy. These acoustic wall phone booths are American made.
